Packing machines

In this category, you will find packing machines that are essential for speeding up the packing process in production lines, distribution centers, warehouses, and other industries. Packing machines help increase efficiency and reduce operating costs. These packaging equipment options complete the packing process step by step. Our selection includes strapping machines, pallet wrappers, case sealers, case erectors, shrink wrapping machines, roller conveyors, vacuum packing machines, heat sealers, labeling machines, paper banding machines, and packing lines.

Packing machines are used for strapping, sealing, or wrapping boxes of different sizes or pallets. Automatic packing machines fully automate the strapping, sealing, or wrapping process, depending on the specific packaging system. Semi-automatic packing machines automate part of the process, but some steps still require manual work. Manual packing machines only automate certain tasks in the workflow. These packaging systems use strapping material, film, BOPP tape, or Kraft tape.

We offer a broad selection of high-quality and affordable packing machines. On our website, you can find the following types of packaging equipment:

  • Strapping machines
  • Pallet wrappers
  • Case sealers
  • Case erectors for folding boxes
  • Shrink wrapping machines
  • Roller conveyors
  • Vacuum packing machines
  • Heat sealers
  • Labeling machines

  • Packing lines

Packing machines come with a warranty and are serviced in Europe. Goods are collected EXW and all prices exclude VAT.

Packing machines

There are many types of packaging equipment, but the most common are pallet wrappers, strapping machines, case sealers, case erectors, shrink wrapping machines, roller conveyors, vacuum packing machines, heat sealers, labeling machines, paper banding machines, and packing lines.

Types of packing machines

Pallet wrappers

Pallet wrappers, also called stretch wrappers, are widely used in packing lines. They offer significant cost savings for large operations compared to manual wrapping. Using a pallet wrapper also maximizes the stretch of your pallet wrap, saving both time and material.

Strapping machines

AUTOMA automatic strapping machine

Strapping is a reliable way to secure goods for transport and storage. It can be used for anything from fragile items to heavy loads. Products can be strapped in cases or as individual packages. This method is mainly used to strap pallets and bundle goods together.

There are three main types of strapping machines: automatic, semi-automatic, and manual. For packing lines that handle high volumes, automatic or semi-automatic strapping machines are recommended. These machines speed up the process by tightening and securing the strapping material automatically.

Automated strapping machines come in different designs, such as arch or tabletop models. For more mobility, portable banding tools or manual and battery powered strapping tools are also available.

Automatic case sealer TOP TAPECase sealers

Case sealers, sometimes called tape machines or tapers, are used in production lines, distribution centers, and warehouses. They seal boxes on the top and bottom, and can also handle side sealing, automatic flap closing, and box folding, depending on the automation level. Case sealers can work with both uniform and random box sizes. They use parcel tapes, including BOPP or Kraft tape, in various widths for sealing.

Case erectors

FLEX Box semi-automatic case erectorCase erectors are machines that set up cardboard boxes for filling. They are available in manual, semi-automatic, and automatic models. With a manual case erector, an operator unfolds and forms the box, then tapes the flaps by hand or with a taping machine, before sending it down a roller conveyor or passing it to the next worker.

Semi-automatic case erectors handle some steps automatically, using a conveyor to move the box through stations that shape it. The finished box is then moved to a stack by conveyor or by hand. Automatic case erectors use mechanical parts, such as robotic arms, to pick a box from a stack, unfold it, and place it on an automated conveyor. The box is then filled and sealed, either by machine or with some manual steps.

Shrink wrapping machinesShrink wrapping machines

Sealers are placed before the heat tunnel in a packing line for shrink film applications. A roller conveyor moves products into a shrink film bag. Then, a heating element lowers to seal the bag around the product.

This seals both sides of the product, leaving it loosely enclosed in shrink film. The product then moves into a heat tunnel, where the film shrinks tightly around it.
