This flexible conveyor features a concertina-style frame with rollers that extends to your desired length, bends into curves, and folds back together when not in use.

The conveyor has a 460 mm width and adjusts in length from 1200 mm up to 4800 mm. The height can be set anywhere between 600 mm and 1000 mm using the adjustable legs.

Rollers are 48 mm in diameter with 8 mm axles, supporting loads up to 35 kg. This model is not motorized—cartons move by being pushed or by gravity on a slight incline.

The legs are fitted with casters, allowing you to roll the conveyor to a loading dock, packing station, or truck, and then fold it away when finished.

How to set up the flexible conveyor

1. Wheel the conveyor to your desired location.
2. Extend it to the needed length and curve it to fit your space.
3. Adjust the legs to your preferred working height, anywhere from 600 to 1000 mm.
4. Place cartons on the rollers and push them along, or set a gentle incline for gravity movement.
5. When finished, retract the conveyor and roll it out of the way.

Operation and Maintenance

• Load. Do not exceed the maximum load of 35 kg.
• Slope. A gentle downward angle allows cartons to move on their own; if the slope is too steep, they may move too quickly.
• Stability. Adjust the legs so the conveyor is level from side to side.
• Flat bottoms. Boxes and cartons with a flat base move best on the rollers.
• Care. Keep the rollers clean and free from strap scraps so they spin smoothly.
