The process is generally separated into these main steps:

1. 1. Position the pallet and its tray onto the turntable;
   2. The operator pulls the film and secures it around the outside of the load.
   3. The operator activates the machine; it will then automatically wrap the load.

Automated cycle

You can select high or low speeds and set the up and down movement based on pallet height using the PLC controls. Start the automatic cycle with the appropriate selector, and the machine is ready for the next load. Always verify that the items are properly stacked on the platform, and ensure the weight and height do not exceed the machine’s limits.

The automated cycle includes these steps:

• Set the items or pallet on the turntable and activate it using the photoelectric sensor.
• The turntable begins rotating clockwise. After the first full turn, the film carriage moves upward until the sensor detects the top of the pallet.
• The pre-set high speed engages, and the film carriage lowers.
• When the carriage reaches the bottom, the rotation slows down, then decelerates and stops at the set position.
• Once the wrapped load is removed, the pallet wrapper is ready for the next pallet.
