The ZONE300D is a constant heat foot-operated bag sealer. The sealing bar maintains your selected temperature, so it’s always ready for the next bag—no waiting for it to heat up each time. This allows it to seal aluminum-laminated and thick bags that impulse sealers can’t handle.

The sealing area is 300 mm long and 14 mm wide, providing a wide, secure seal for heavy contents and a neat, straight finish. You can set the temperature anywhere from 0 to 300 °C using the control panel to match your packaging material.

You keep both hands on the bag: the jaws close with the foot pedal, so you can hold the bag steady during sealing. The frame is made from die-cast aluminum alloy. The machine measures 345 × 480 × 880 mm and weighs 21 kg.

This bag sealer plugs into a standard 220 V outlet and uses 175 W × 2 of heating power. No compressed air or three-phase power is needed. It seals PE and PS films, multi-layer laminates, and aluminum-laminated bags.

What constant heat sealing achieves that impulse cannot

• Aluminum-laminated bags. Constant heat penetrates laminates that an impulse sealer only warms. Coffee, spices, powders, and technical parts stay securely sealed.
• Always ready for the next bag. The sealing bar maintains its temperature, so you can seal bags one after another with consistent results every time.
• 14 mm wide seal. Wide enough to support the bag’s weight; a narrow seal is more likely to tear when lifting.
• Hands-free bag positioning. The foot pedal closes the jaws, letting the operator keep both hands on the bag for a straight, flat seal.

How to seal a bag

1. Turn on the sealer and adjust the temperature to match your film type.
2. Wait until the sealing bar reaches the set temperature, as shown on the controller.
3. Lay the filled bag’s opening flat across the sealing bar.
4. Step on the foot pedal: the jaws close and hold the seal for the time needed by your film.
5. Release the pedal and remove the sealed bag; you can insert the next one right away.

Settings and maintenance

• Temperature. Begin with a low setting and increase gradually until the seal is secure. If it’s too hot, the film pulls away from the bar; too cold, and the seal won’t hold.
• Seal time. This is how long you keep the pedal pressed. Thicker laminates need more time than thin PE bags.
• Bag position. Make sure the bag’s opening is flat across the entire bar, with no creases. A crease can cause the bag to open later.
• Never seal empty. Closing the jaws without a bag inside will damage the PTFE cloth.
• Cleaning. Keep the sealing bar and PTFE cloth clear of melted film, and never use wet cleaning methods. Don’t scrape off hardened film with sharp objects.
• Wear parts. Inspect the upper pressure pad; if it’s damaged, the seal won’t be even and the pad needs to be replaced.

• Bag width. Seals up to 300 mm wide. For larger bags, see the ZONE450F (450 mm) or ZONE600F (600 mm).
• Film. Constant heat is best for aluminum-laminated and thick bags. For thin PE bags only, an impulse sealer is more economical.
• Seal width. 14 mm. A wider seal supports heavier bags; seals 2–5 mm wide are for lighter bags.
• Output. Seals one bag per pedal press, with no need to wait for the bar to reheat.
• Power supply. 220 V single phase, 175 W × 2, grounded outlet required.
• Packing details. The sealer is packed in a crate measuring 810 × 560 × 270 mm, with a total weight of approximately 25 kg. Goods are collected EXW and all prices are exclusive of VAT.
