Using the Shrink wrapper T5040

Our T5040 Combination Shrink Wrap Machines fill the space between manual stand-alone sealers and chamber (or “Tunnel”) units and fully automatic shrink wrapping systems. Two clamps are positioned at the front of the sealer to maximize sealing pressure, which is crucial for any sealing process. The Shrink wrapper T5040 is easy to use and accommodates various package sizes. Temperature settings can be adjusted easily to ensure proper sealing. The chamber is linked to a conveyor belt that leads to the tunnel, where the film shrinks tightly around the product. This machine requires an air supply, such as an air compressor. How does the Shrink wrapper T5040 operate?

To begin, place the product inside the film. The operator holds the film with the left hand, positions it in the chamber, presses the handle with the right hand, and closes the chamber to cut the film.
