Selecting and setting up your LOADER UL1790

Operating the LOADER UL1790

1. Position the machine at the rear of the truck and secure the caster brakes.
2. Connect the ground and power supply, then release the emergency stop button.
3. Use the hydraulic frame to lift the belt conveyor to match the truck floor height.
4. Extend the roller conveyor into the truck as far as needed.
5. Select the direction for loading or unloading, set your speed, and place cartons onto the conveyor.

Operation and maintenance

• Before reversing. Make sure the conveyor end is clear and nothing is close to the rollers.
• Ground first. Always connect the protective ground before starting up.
• Monthly inspection. Check belt tension, rollers, fasteners, and cables.
• Cleaning. Use a soft brush or cloth to remove dust and debris, then confirm rollers and belts move freely.
