The AUTO&FOLD-5050 is an automatic box sealing machine that automatically adapts to each box: air cylinders move the side belts to fit the box width and lower the top tape head to the correct height. The machine folds the front, rear, and both side flaps, then applies tape to both the top and bottom in a single pass, while the side belts move the box through at 16 m/min.

It accommodates boxes from L200 × W150 × H150 mm up to L600 × W500 × H500 mm and works with Kraft or BOPP tape 48–60 mm wide. Since the width and height adjust for every box, you can run boxes of different sizes one after another.

1. Connect to single-phase 220 V power and 6 bar compressed air; empty water from the separator and confirm the oil level in the lubricator.
2. Load a roll of Kraft or BOPP tape, 48–60 mm wide, into both the top and bottom tape heads, center it, and feed it through with the adhesive side facing outward.
3. Adjust the pressure settings for the side drive belts, lifting cylinder, and flap folding mechanism using the regulators.
4. Expand the folding rods to match your carton width evenly on both sides, and set the length switch to match the carton length.
5. Press ON and insert the carton with the top flaps open and facing upward. The drive belts will pull it in, the machine will close the flaps in sequence, and apply tape to both the top and bottom.
6. Remove the sealed carton at the exit; the next carton can be a different size.

• Tape leg too long or too short. Adjust the blade support for the front tape leg and the limit block for the rear leg.
• Uneven cut or wrinkled tape. Replace a worn blade or install it correctly; clean the rubber roller and secure the tape holder.
• Maintenance. Turn off power and air before performing any work. Regularly drain the water separator and use only pneumatic oil in the lubricator; clean the cylinder rods; lubricate the screw rods and chain every three months; keep the blade clean and oiled, and ensure the machine stays dry. The belts will gradually tighten over time – this is normal.
