The TONNA T-Portable is a manual baler designed for plastic film and lightweight packaging. Place it right where you unpack goods, so film waste goes directly into the baler instead of being stored elsewhere.

Pressing is done by a lever, with no power required. You can compress material by at least 5:1 with minimal effort.

Produces stackable bales measuring 800 × 600 × up to 800 mm, with a maximum weight of 40 kg depending on the contents, secured with three ties of strapping twine.

The loading slot is 740 × 640 mm. The baler itself is 820 × 740 × 1400 mm and weighs 100 kg. Bales can be further compacted later in a hydraulic TONNA baler if needed.

How to make a bale

1. Position the baler at your unpacking station.
2. Feed plastic film and light packaging through the loading opening.
3. Push the lever down to compact the material, then continue filling and pressing as needed.
4. Once the bale is full, secure it with strapping twine in three places across.
5. Remove the bale and stack it, or re-press it in a hydraulic baler if required.
