1. Hold down the orange button for 3 seconds to power on the battery strapping tool.
2. Insert the strap: The user wraps the strap around the package or pallet and feeds it into the battery strapping tool.
3. Tighten the strap: After inserting the strap, the user presses the button to begin the tensioning process.
4. Apply tension: When the user activates the tensioning system, the tool pulls the strap tight around the load. The tension level can be adjusted as needed.
5. Friction welding: Once the desired tension is reached, the tool’s sealing system activates. For plastic strapping, the tool bonds the overlapping strap ends using pressure and friction-generated heat. The battery strapping tool uses a motor-driven wheel to create the necessary friction.
