The HC2 is a dispenser cart designed for cord (composite) and PP strap on a 200 mm core. The coil is placed on the cart, allowing you to pull off the strap as needed without the coil rolling away or the strap getting tangled.

A brake keeps the coil from spinning when you stop pulling, so the strap stays in place and doesn’t unravel.

The cart is equipped with wheels and a handle, making it easy to move the coil along pallets as you strap them. There’s a tray for holding your tensioner, seals, and cutter right on the cart.

It holds coils weighing up to 50 kg and measures approximately 550 × 400 × 1050 mm. The cart itself weighs about 6 kg.

How to use the cart

1. Place the coil onto the cart’s holder.
2. Pull the strap end from the coil in the direction you need.
3. Roll the cart to your pallet and pull off the required length of strap.
4. Store your tensioner, seals, and cutter in the tray.
5. When you stop pulling, the brake holds the coil in place.
