With the HSM V-Press 610 automatic baler, you can compress used packaging materials such as film, cardboard, or wrapping paper into solid bales for recycling. With a compact footprint of only 2-3 m², the baler can be installed right at the point of waste generation. This minimizes internal transport distances and streamlines your packaging material handling.
To operate, simply load the packaging waste into the upper section of the machine. A safety switch triggers the pressing cycle automatically when the door is closed, and the process stops if the door is opened during operation. A heavy-duty press plate compacts the material into bales weighing up to 100 kg, guided by robust press plate rails and delivering a pressing force of 120 kN. The integrated TorsionControlSystem (TCS) continuously monitors the press plate’s angle in all directions, preventing uneven loading and ensuring optimal performance. The HSM V-Press 610 can produce 3 to 6 bales per hour. Each bale is automatically secured with a strap. The mechanical bale ejector makes it easy to remove the finished bale, which can then be moved using a pallet truck. Compressed bales are less likely to catch fire, reducing fire hazards. The stackable bales can be safely stored until picked up by your recycling provider. Depending on your disposal company, finished bales may be eligible for compensation.
