Strapping cycle time is under 3 seconds per strapping cycle. Tension can be set between 3-45kg. The heat-sealing area is located at the bottom of the semi-automatic strapping machine. Work table height is 730mm. This semi-automatic strapping machine is designed for PP straps with a width of 5-15mm and a thickness of 0.5-0.8mm. Compatible strap spool size is 210mm x 178mm.

Operating instructions for the HIPO semi-automatic strapping machine:

1. Main power switch: Flip ON to activate the machine, and OFF to shut it down.
2. Power status indicator (POWER): When you turn on the power switch, this light will illuminate.
3. Strap feed length adjustment (TIMER): Each increment equals about 500mm. To increase the strap length, rotate the dial clockwise.
4. Strap tension control (TENSION): Select the appropriate strap tension based on your package size.
5. Manual feed/Reset button (FEED/HOME): Press FEED to advance the strap. The longer you hold it, the more strap is dispensed. If the machine is not in its starting position, press HOME to return it to the home position.
6. Cooling time setting (COOL TIME): Adjust the cooling time based on the type and tensile strength of the strap to achieve optimal bonding.
7. Safety cover switch: The machine will automatically stop if the top cover is opened. (Always turn off the main power switch before opening the top cover.)

Pull the strap from the reel and check that the strap head is facing downward (if not, reverse the reel). Guide the strap from below pulley A and over pulley B. Next, feed the strap through wheel C and up into strap slot D on the bottom plate, then guide it upward along the roller to the gap between the rollers. Press the FEED button to automatically dispense the strap.
