NEO2 Strapping Kit

This all-in-one strapping kit includes the NEO2 cordless tool, battery, charger, a roll of PP strap, and a wheeled cart. Everything you need is included, so you can start using it right away—no extra purchases or setup required.

The tool is compatible with PET and PP strap from 9 to 16 mm wide and delivers up to 3200 N of tension. Each cycle automatically tensions, seals, and cuts the strap, so the seal quality is consistent every time.

Powered by an 18 V / 5000 mAh lithium battery and a brushless motor, the tool weighs 3.9 kg. It uses a friction weld to join the strap: the tool rubs the strap layers together until they fuse.

The cart lets you bring both the strap coil and tool directly to your pallet, so you don’t have to move loads to a fixed strapping station.

How to strap a pallet

1. Place the coil on the cart and lead the strap out over the guide.
2. Wrap the strap around your load and bring the end back to the strapping tool.
3. Insert both layers into the tool and press the button.
4. The tool pulls the strap to your set tension, friction-welds the two layers, and trims off the excess strap.
5. Roll the cart to your next pallet, taking the coil and tool with you.

Settings and maintenance

• Tension. Adjust the tension to fit your load, not to the maximum. Cartons need much less force than a pallet of tiles, and too much can damage the corners.
• Weld time. Too short and the weld will fail, too long and the strap can get too thin. Start with a medium setting and test by pulling the joint apart by hand.
• Strap quality. The weld relies on the strap itself. Dusty, wet, or recycled straps of unknown grade can result in weak joints.
• Corners. Use edge protectors for soft goods, since the strap can cut into the top edge before it secures the load.
• Battery. Recharge before it runs down and keep a spare battery on the cart. Low battery means weak welds.
• Cleaning. Blow off dust and strap debris from the welding plate and gripper. Most weld failures are caused by buildup in these areas.
