Steps for Loading and Unloading with the Self-Lifting Pallet Stacker:

Prior to Use:

• Verify that the cargo weight does not go over the rated capacity of the self-lifting pallet stacker
• Slide the forklift forks under the pallet, making sure the load is centered at the load center
• Press the upper (right) button to raise the load slightly, then let go of the button and move the forklift
• Make sure the forklift mast is no more than 80mm from the edge of the vehicle bed, keeping clear of any vehicle parts.

 

Loading Goods into the Vehicle:

a. Move Toward the Vehicle:

• Place the self-lifting pallet stacker alongside the delivery vehicle
• Make sure the tip of the cargo fork is positioned at least 10 cm away from the vehicle.
• Press the lift button to raise the load.

b. Placing Goods into the Carriage:

• Once the load is slightly above the level of the vehicle platform, let go of the lift button.
