How is the battery-powered banding tool used in industrial packaging?

This battery-powered, friction weld hand strapping tool features an ergonomic and sturdy design to maximize user comfort during operation. It is straightforward to use, with single-handed operation for added convenience. The tool is activated by pressing a single button, handling both tensioning and sealing. To use, wrap the PET or PP strap of the specified width around your package, overlap the ends with the lead underneath, and hold the strap in your left hand. Ensure the strap is clean and free of oil, then press the release lever and insert the strap into the tool, making sure the straps are overlapped and aligned with the guides. Both strapping tension and sealing time can be adjusted to suit different strap types. For semi-automatic operation, press the tension button to begin tightening; once the desired tension is reached, press the button again to start welding. The tool then cools and cuts the strap. The battery provides up to 800 seals per charge, thanks to the high-capacity Samsung lithium battery (6000mAh).
