This automatic, ergonomic battery banding machine for plastic straps can be used in both vertical and horizontal positions. It is built for straps with widths of 16-19mm (5/8″ to 3/4″) and thicknesses of 0.7 – 1.27 mm (0.028″ – 0.05″). The package includes a battery (14.8 V /2.0 A Li-Po, compliant with UN38.3 safety standards) and charger for the MB820 PET/PP battery-powered strapping tool. • Wrap the strap around your item and align the ends together.
• Next, insert the strap ends between the base and the tensioning roller on the tool.
• You can select automatic, semi-automatic, or “soft” mode for delicate items, depending on your settings. In semi-automatic mode, the operator presses the button to tension the strap to the required level.
• One-touch fully automatic clamping, welding, and cutting.
• A light and audible signal let the operator know when to remove the tool.
