The HIPO PRO High-speed Automatic Strapping Machine features a compact build with an external dispenser, a standard arch size of 1000×800 mm (other sizes available upon request and with additional cost), and can perform up to 50 straps per minute using PP strap, 5-12 mm wide. The tension can be set anywhere from 0-45kg.

HIPO PRO High-speed Strapping Machine

We offer three models of High-speed Automatic Strapping Machines compatible with 5-6mm, 8-9mm, and 10-11mm wide PP straps. Select the machine you require and continue with your order or reach out to us for questions. The HIPO PRO is a fast strapping machine designed to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Once activated, the strap is wrapped around the package and tightened to the set tension; the plastic strap is then heated, sealed, and pressed to ensure a secure hold, all in about 1.2 seconds.

The HIPO PRO is a high-speed strapping machine with a low-maintenance strapping head and minimal moving parts, reducing the risk of mechanical issues from wear or failure. All body panels are easily removable for access to the strapping head, electrical cabinet, and strap reel area. The HIPO PRO can be customized to suit your packaging environment. It is designed to reduce downtime from coil changes, helping to increase productivity. Its coils use less packaging material compared to standard coils, resulting in additional material savings. Compact construction with external dispenser, standard arch size 1000×800 mm (other sizes available upon request and with additional cost), up to 50 straps per minute, for PP strap, 5-12 mm. The tension can be set between 0-45kg.
