High-performance, durable, and easily swappable battery

The 5PZS600 battery model features a 600Ah capacity and 48V voltage, providing consistent performance and long-lasting durability. When a battery change is required, the process is simple and offers two options: side or overhead removal. For side extraction, another forklift is used to remove the battery. For overhead extraction, a transfer cart is used to pull and replace the battery. Since the XE25A electric forklift uses a relatively lightweight battery, side extraction is recommended for safe and efficient battery replacement.

The battery supports normal forklift operation in ambient temperatures from 0°C to 40°C, and can be discharged in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +55°C.

Dependable controls for safe operation

The XE25A electric forklift offers precise operational control to promote safety and productivity.

This electric forklift is equipped with a CURTIS controller, ZAPI ACE2 motor, and Inmotion controller. The CURTIS controller uses high-frequency MOS tube technology, providing excellent speed control, enhanced safety, intelligent operation, and strong protection. The controller system includes a travel controller, contactor unit, and accelerator. The lifting system uses dual-speed pump control, which operates without mechanical contacts, minimizing start-up shock and extending service life.

Intelligent display

The XE25A electric forklift is equipped with an intelligent display connected to the vehicle system through a CAN bus. This display provides diagnostics and allows configuration of the entire vehicle system. Operators can view or adjust module settings to maintain peak performance and minimize risk.

The interface allows users to navigate the main screen or submenus and shows details such as battery charge, vehicle speed, current mode, and traction hour meter.

Adjustable travel modes help optimize movement and battery efficiency. The forklift operates in three selectable modes: standard economy mode (E), power mode (P), and slow mode (S).

The smart panel interface enables operators to identify errors or malfunctions by displaying fault information, allowing the operator to stop the machine and prevent further damage.

Simple operation and maneuverability

This nimble electric forklift delivers strong performance and must be operated by trained and certified personnel. To ensure proper use, only qualified staff should perform maintenance and repairs on the machine and its components.

1. 

   Inspect the control and alarm systems before use. If any parts are damaged or malfunctioning, operations should be suspended until repairs are completed.

2. Fully insert the forks under the load and keep the load balanced on both forks. Do not lift with only one fork. Avoid lifting loads that exceed the rated capacity.
3. Start, turn, drive, brake, and stop the forklift smoothly. Always slow down, especially when working on wet or slippery surfaces.
4. Keep the load as low as possible while driving, and tilt the mast back for added stability.
5. Use caution when operating the forklift on slopes. For slopes greater than 1/10, drive forward when ascending and in reverse when descending. Do not turn the forklift on a slope. Do not load or unload goods while driving downhill.
6. Stay alert for pedestrians, obstacles, and uneven ground while operating the forklift.
7. Do not transport loads that are unsecured or stacked loosely. Use caution when moving oversized items.
8. Before leaving your seat, engage the hand brake and make sure it stays engaged. Lower the forks to the ground, shift to neutral, and turn off the engine or disconnect the power.
9. If parking the forklift on an incline, set the parking brake and secure it. For extended parking, place wheel chocks under the tires.
