The ARGON Plus plastic strapping tool is highly efficient and user-friendly, making it a great choice for both flat and embossed PET (polyester) and PP (polypropylene) strapping. It is well-suited for a wide range of industries, including construction, wood processing, metal, and glass. The tool operates effectively at ambient temperatures from 5°C to 45°C, with an ideal working range between 15°C and 20°C to achieve the best seal strength and strap tension.

The ARGON Plus plastic strapping tool provides excellent flexibility and helps streamline workflows with three selectable operation modes. In automatic mode (AUT), a quick press of the button automatically tensions, welds, and cuts the strap. In semi-automatic mode (SEM), the button must be held down; when the set tension is reached, the tool welds and cuts the strap automatically. Manual mode (MAN) allows for greater user control: the tension button is held throughout, and once the desired tension is achieved, welding and cutting are performed manually by pressing the weld button. The ARGON Plus also allows for precise adjustment of other settings, such as weld time.

The tension force can be set anywhere from 400 to 4200 N, offering flexibility for different applications.

The ARGON Plus plastic strapping tool comes with a standard battery charger that fully charges the battery in about 90 minutes, allowing work to resume quickly. The tool conserves energy by entering sleep mode when not in use. For long-term performance, worn parts can be replaced easily.
