Operating Instructions for the AIR DUO32 Pneumatic Steel Tensioner & Sealer

Thread the strap through a seal, wrap it around the package, and feed it back through the seal. Bend the strap away from the seal by about 50mm.
Grip the tool, press the handle with your thumb, insert the top strap (inside the seal) into the tensioning and idler wheels, then release the handle.
At the motor end, the rotating ring has three settings (stop, semi-operate, operate). Turn the ring clockwise to begin tensioning. Stop when the desired strap tension is reached.
Position the pneumatic sealer over the seal and press the switch handles to secure the joint.
Once the joint is finished, tilt the pneumatic sealer upright until the strap is cut.
