Compact floor scrubber J15

The compact floor scrubber J15 scrubs and dries hard floors in one pass. A 330mm brush disc driven by a 380W motor at 180 RPM loosens the dirt, and a 500W suction motor with a 500mm water squeegee collects the dirty water behind it. The machine cleans up to 1300 m²/h and runs on a DC 24V system with two 32Ah maintenance-free batteries.

The J15 is the smallest machine in our range of floor cleaners. It measures 800mm x 500mm x 650mm, weighs 60kg with batteries and has a foldable handle, so it takes little space in a storage room after the shift. The charger is built into the machine: plug it into a socket and there is no separate charger to lose.

Typical places of use are restaurants, cafes, hotels, cinemas, gyms, clubs, shops and office buildings – smaller areas where a large machine cannot turn and a mop takes too long.

What is the cleaning efficiency of the compact floor scrubber?

The compact floor scrubber J15 cleans up to 1300 square meters per hour. Scrubbing width is 330mm, the squeegee is 500mm wide, so the floor behind the machine is left dry and can be walked on straight away. Brush motor and suction motor are switched on separately on the control handle, together with the water release.

Which floors can the J15 clean?

The machine is made for hard floors: epoxy floors, painted floors, concrete and ceramic tiles. It is not suitable for carpets and is not a polishing machine (low or high speed polishing).

How long does the battery last and how long does it take to charge?

Two 32Ah sealed lead-acid batteries give 2-2.5 hours of work on one charge. A full charge takes 6-8 hours, so the battery powered floor scrubber is usually charged overnight with the on-board charger. The batteries are maintenance-free; for a long life, charge them as soon as they run low and do not store them empty.

Water tanks

The clean water tank holds 15 liters of water and detergent, the recovery tank holds 18 liters. The recovery tank is removable, which makes emptying and rinsing it after each use quick. The machine also has a waste water outlet pipe for draining.

Easy to handle in small rooms

The handle angle is adjustable (about 90°-120°) and folds down for storage. A universal front wheel and the low weight let the J15 turn in narrow aisles, between tables and around shelves. A front light helps when cleaning dark corners and poorly lit rooms.
