The HSM® V-Press 818 plus vertical baler is a reliable solution for resource- and time-saving disposal of packaging material.

This robust machine delivers a pressing force of 185 kN. It is designed for compressing die-cut waste, mixed paper, clothing, film, and cardboard. The V-Press 818 plus from HSM® is operated using a membrane keypad and a display with text support. Filling is convenient at a comfortable height of 958 mm, made easier by the fold-down door with a filling flap. The door can also be opened and closed quickly using the handwheel.

The built-in TorsionControlSystem constantly checks the press plate’s alignment. Bales are secured with four vertical straps. Maximum bale weight is 200 kg, and maximum bale size is L 1200 x W 780 x H 700 mm.
