The turntable diameter is 1500 mm, and the maximum wrapping height is 2000 mm. This pallet wrapper offers stability, with turntable speed adjustable up to 10 r/min. Features include soft start/stop, home position, PLC controls, and a sensor for pallet height detection. The turntable opening makes loading with a hand pallet truck simple. The machine uses PLC controls and electrical components from leading brands such as Japan “OMRON”, Korea “LG”, and French “TE”. How to operate the Automatic Pallet Stretch Wrapper EASY-IN

The operation process is generally divided into these main steps:

1. Place the pallet and its tray onto the turntable;
2. The operator takes the stretch film and wraps it around the product;
3. The operator starts the machine, which will then automatically wrap the load.

Automatic wrapping cycle

First, use the PLC control to set the high and low rotation speeds and the up and down movement according to your pallet’s height. Start the automatic cycle with the designated selector; the machine will then be ready to receive the items for wrapping. Confirm that the items are properly stacked on the tray. Ensure the load’s weight and height do not exceed the machine’s specified limits.

The cycle includes the following operations:

• Position the load or pallet on the turntable and activate the turntable using the photoelectric switch;
• The turntable begins rotating clockwise. After the first full rotation, the film carriage moves upward until the sensor detects the top of the pallet;
• The pre-set high speed is engaged, and the film carriage lowers;
• When the carriage reaches the bottom, the turntable slows down, then decelerates and stops at the home position;
• Remove the wrapped load, and the pallet wrapper is ready for the next pallet.
